Power Supply Function

  1. As a means of charger
    Solution:
    • Setting voltage power supply as according as voltage out put TC (Travel Charger)
    • Colling cable of TC power supply in hand phone.
  2. As a means of startle batrei
    Solution :
    • Setting voltage of power supply to 12V then kill
    • Colling Cable(+) PS in(+) battery, Cable(-) PS in(-) battery.
    • Turn on power supply, So process battery go on and Wait down until two strips
  3. Subtitute voltage tension
    To analyze hand phone problem pass test point need tension batrei. as subtitute as tension batrei we can uses power supply. Solution :
    • Jumper parallel engine /PCB part (BSI, Btem and -) and Giving cable as switch place
    • Setting voltage of power supply according as battery tension. Kill and Coll red cable on (+) and Black on (-).
    • Turn on power supply and pressing switch on/off of hand phone
  4. As analysis of handphone problem
    when normally condition, When we test use power supply so tension that produced show tension value that fluctuate between 0,15 up to 0,2. Solution :
    • Setting voltage of power supply according as battery tension, Then turn off.
    • Colling Cable of power supply in battery konektor as according the place
    • Turn on power supply, pressing switch on/off and analysis ampere needle movement, As follows:
      1. Ampere needle movement on 0,15 is Power's position. Trouble Shooting :
        • If switch on/off of ampere needle depressed has rised and Direct go down to 0, so IC Power has failure
        • If switch on/off depressed ampere needle has rised, idle then down to 0 or idle above 0, it means memory has failure
        • If switch on/off depressed ampere needle was fluctuate but Hand phone die, it means program memory is failure
        • If switch on/off depressed ampere needle was not move.
          Check:
          • Switch on/off.
          • On/off Stripe
          • Tight of resistor on/off
      2. Ampere needle movement on course 0,25 be CPU's position
      3. Ampere needle movement on course 0,17 be RX's position (reiceiver)
      4. Ampere needle movement on course 0,13 be TX's position (transmitter)
      5. Before switch on/off switch, but ampere nedle has value. it means konslet.
